Does anyone remember this ad that used to play on C4 (I think) back in the day? Creaky floorboards playing a tune scary goblin?

To the best of my memory, it was a guy noticing his wooden floorboards are creaky and he starts having fun with it jumping around and playing a classical tune. Suddenly he falls through the floor and is face to face with this goblin creature. Possibly also turns out it was the creature making the sound all along? Maybe. Don't even know what the ad was for. All I know is it freaked me the hell out at the time and I would love to conquer my childhood trauma by finding it.

TradeMe courier fees gone through the roof

Anyone else dealing with the crazy price hike on courier fees on trademe?, I tried booking in a 16×16×12cm box under 2kg used to cost around 8.00 the cheapest is now 21.00 for the cheapest option to the same location
